Development of residential and commercial properties have been consistent with the group’s direction. Procurement of new sites as well as joint ventures with land owners are the primary focus.

The construction and project management department is basically to manage in-house projects as well as to supervise the construction of homes owned by local residents and overseas investors. We have a strong project management team to coordinate and execute all projects aspects, from initial scoping and deciding the design to final commissioning and post project service such as sale or rent. Currently all construction activities are within the 50 kilometers radius of Perth CBD.
